Day trip by ship between Lüneburg and Bergedorf We start the boat trip from Bergedorfer Hafen, where our ship, the Serrahn Queen, is ready for boarding at 08:30 o’clock. A delicious breakfast awaits you at your seat, lovingly arranged on plates on your table. Our journey takes us over the Dove Elbe through the marshlands to the Tatenberger Lock. Through this lock we reach the Norderelbe and proceed upstream. Passing dikes and the Bunthausspitze, the southernmost point of Hamburg, we continue on the Norderelbe to the Geesthacht Lock. On the Mittelelbe we continue past the Krümmel nuclear power plant and head toward the Elbe side canal aiming for the Scharnebeck ship lift. This lifts us 38m high; from above you enjoy an impressive view before we shortly arrive at the Lüneburg industrial harbor. There, our tour bus is already waiting, taking you to the old town and back after your 2-hour stay.
