With our rustic cutter Rosa Paluka, we set off to the oyster beds off Sylt and drop a small net along the way. Oysters and other sea creatures are caught, and we explain everything you need to know about the Sylter Royal oyster and other sea animals. Afterwards, you can enjoy tasting the delicacy with a glass of wine before returning to List Harbor.
