In the Wadden Sea National Park, alongside the harbor seal, the grey seal is also native – the largest wild animal in Germany, which has only been resettling here again since the late 80s! Join us on our trip to Knobsand. This small sandbank west of the island of Amrum is a particularly protected resting place for the grey seals in the Wadden Sea National Park. A National Park ranger/guide on board will tell you a lot of interesting facts about the grey seal colonies as well as about the flora and fauna of the Wadden Sea. This trip is a highlight for every age group. During the tour, a small net will be lowered into the water and our seamen provide insight into North Sea life. Thus, this tour offers both entertainment and education, vividly bringing the life of the North Sea and harbor seals closer to you.
