What to look forward to
Midweek vacation! The unique natural impressions of a boat trip are combined by yoga instructor Angelika Liefke in an unusual way with the practice of yoga exercises. While you practice your yoga exercises on the sun deck, you are outdoors surrounded by sea air and sunshine. Consciously experiencing the vastness of the airspace promotes free breathing and easy success of the body exercises. Furthermore, the gentle drifting on the water provides a pleasant basis for relaxation.
This is an open yoga class in which anyone interested can participate without prior knowledge. Please bring a yoga mat (plus jacket for wind and sun protection). In case of rain, the yoga class takes place inside the ship. Please reserve your place by 1 day before (max. 12 participants).
