Experience an exciting trip from Heringsdorf and discover two of Swinemünde's most famous landmarks! With the MS Adler Nordica, you sail from the Heringsdorf pier directly to the historic Fort Gerhard, a Prussian coastal fortress from the 19th century. The ship docks beneath the fortress. There, a German-speaking guide in Prussian uniform awaits to entertain and humorously introduce you to the history of the fort. Discover the historic fortifications and learn more about the soldiers' lives and the defense of the Baltic Sea coast. Another highlight is the tallest lighthouse on the Baltic Sea. Those who climb the 308 steps are rewarded with an impressive panoramic view over Swinemünde, the Baltic Sea, and the islands of Usedom and Wollin. You have about 2,5 hours for the tours. Afterwards, the MS Adler Nordica brings you back to the Heringsdorf pier. A varied day trip for everyone who wants to combine history, maritime atmosphere, and special views!
