Lüneburg Day Trip: from Lüneburg to Bergedorf

Day trip by ship between Lüneburg and Bergedorf A leisurely day trip between Lüneburg and Bergedorf. Our coach will first take you to Lüneburg, where the ship awaits you. We start the shipping journey with the highlight of the trip, passing the Scharnebeck ship lift with a lift height of 38m. After the ship lift has transported us to the lower part of the Elbe side canal, we head towards the Elbe and the Geesthacht lock. After the lock, lunch in buffet style begins. Well fortified, you might choose to sit on the upper deck and enjoy the Elbe landscapes from there. We pass by interesting and varied river landscapes, past Zollenspieker, the Bunthausspitze, Ortkaaten, up to the Spadenland corner, where we turn onto the Dove Elbe and enter the marshlands through the Tatenberger lock. During the last 1,5 hours of travel, you can enjoy the extensive river landscapes of the Dove Elbe until we dock at Bergedorf harbor.
